    No, it needs to be you with your phone and collection code. For security reasons, we require the person who placed the order to collect it themselves. When you arrive at the store, simply show your phone with the order confirmation and collection code to the staff member at the designated pick-up point.     Yes, you can cancel your order. However, the cancellation must be made more than 6 hours prior to the scheduled collection time to receive a credit onto your account. This is to enable the bag to be saved by another person and to save it from waste. If you cancel within 6 hours of the collection time, you will not receive a credit on your account. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team.
